Sometimes you see a recipe on the internet whether its a Facebook page or Pinterest, maybe Instagram and your first thought is hmm that looks good. You may save or screenshot the recipe or try to remember where you saw it and it typically never makes it to your kitchen. Usually you don’t come across that particular recipe again.
This is how I typically am. I will be looking for new easy meals to try, save a bunch, try one once, and move on with life.
I was scrolling through the good old Facebook and saw this recipe. I stopped for half a second, thought wow that looks good, and kept scrolling. Minutes later the same recipe wrote and posted by someone else popped up. This time I clicked into it and thought ok seems easy enough. I will remember where I saw it and search it later and returned to scrolling. A few more minutes pass and another post of the SAME recipe appears.
Now I’m hooked because this never happens, I needed to see what ALL the hype was about this gosh darn roast… I mean its just a roast. Well let me tell you! It is soo much more than a roast. This is one of the best roasts I have ever made and will be making it again with beef roasts and venison roasts!
There is just a certain zingy taste that will rattle your taste buds and melt in your mouth. ~If you haven’t, you NEED to try this~
