Beef Stroganoff is a classic comfort food that becomes even easier to make with a crockpot. This version offers tender beef in a creamy mushroom sauce, served over egg noodles for a meal that’s both hearty and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles, cooked
Instructions:
- Add beef, onion, garlic, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, mushrooms, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
- Stir to combine.
