- Ingredients:
- Lasagna noodles: 9 sheets
- Ground beef: 1 lb
- Onion, chopped: 1
- Garlic cloves, minced: 3
- Tomato sauce: 2 cups
- Crushed tomatoes: 1 can (14 oz)
- Fresh basil, chopped: ¼ cup
- Ricotta cheese: 1 ½ cups
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded: 2 cups
- Parmesan cheese, grated: ½ cup
- Egg: 1
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
